Description

Same hands-on cooking format as the morning class, led by a famous Croatian chef. Starts at 17:00 and runs to approximately 21:00. Afternoon classes do not include the green and fish market visit (markets close in the afternoon). You'll prepare a 5-course Dalmatian meal — fish, local vegetables, homemade bread, pasta or risotto, and a Dalmatian dessert — all paired with Croatian wines.
