The neighborhood is perfectly safe with lot of children's parks and promenades. 200 meters from the apartment you can find a market with daily fresh fruits, vegetables, and meat. The neighborhood is only ten minutes of walking from the biggest beach in Split and you have to cross only one road to get there. The center of Split is 5 minutes away by car, or 15 minutes of walking distance. The neighborhood has many bars, small restaurants, and supermarkets due to its location near the student campus. You can find plenty of young college students and meet many interesting people.
