Welcome to our centrally located and newly equipped apartment, perfect for a short stay in Zagreb. Just a 10-minute walk from the main square, this apartment offers easy access to all amenities in the area. Accommodating up to 4 persons with a double bed and a pull-out sofa, it's an ideal choice for small groups or families. The apartment features a balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. Situated on the second floor of the building, an elevator is available after a few steps at the entrance. Additionally, there is another apartment next door, making it an ideal option for friends traveling together. A small common hall separates the two apartments and provides shared amenities such as a washing machine and iron. Each apartment includes a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a balcony. Plus, there's complimentary parking available just 300 meters from the flat. The entire apartment has been completely rebuilt, ensuring that everything, including the furniture, is brand new and ready for your enjoyment.
Interaction
We personally greet every guest to provide a tour of the apartment and the parking lot. For guests who do not require parking, self check-in is available. However, rest assured, we remain available throughout your entire stay to provide any necessary information or assistance. Don't hesitate to reach out to us for anything you may need.
House rules
Guests will experience self check-in, meaning that before arrival, each guest must send either a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host for registration with the tourist board, as required by Croatian tax regulations. Detailed instructions for check-in will be sent one day prior to arrival. Rest assured, personal data will be used solely for registration purposes and will not be utilized for any other purposes. Check-out time is until 10 AM to ensure the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available for the day or if other guests have a late check-in. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited unless permission has been granted by the host. For energy efficiency, guests are kindly requested to close windows when using the air conditioning. Additionally, all appliances should be turned off when leaving the room. To maintain a peaceful environment, noise levels must be kept to an acceptable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are expected to inspect the accommodation and promptly contact the host in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be communicated directly with the host before taking any further steps.
Transit
We offer a complimentary parking space located just 300 meters from the apartment. However, guests are welcome to pull up in front of the flat to unload their luggage before parking.
