Completely renovated few years ago in modern fashion, this apartment will provide maximum comfort during your stay in Split. Bright and sunny flat with a brand new kitchen and a modern bathroom can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Sit on our balcony with a glass of wine in the evening, the view is great! This modern space has been newly decorated and has a small but well equipped kitchenette, shower bathroom, and small seating area to relax before going out and exploring the city. Comfortable double bed has view to our cosy balcony that is perfect for an evening drink. Entire apartment Please, feel free to ask anything You might need. Situated in a very lively neighbourhood the place allows you to experience Split as a local. Brows small shops and cafes or a fresh market near by, walk to the beach is 10 minutes, walk to city centre is 20-25min - perfect distance to escape crowds. You have free street parking near the apartment building. Semper Cons is an online tourist agency that is taking care of guests who stay at this apartment. We have 60+ apartments in Split and we are trying to be at disposal for all of our guests. Our passion and goal is to make sure all of our guests get to feel the life of Dalmatia and Split so we offer a lot of other services like land and sea excursions, transfers, walking tours etc. that we communicate with our guests on their requests. Feel free to ask for anything you may need. NOTE: -Tap water is clean and drinkable -Free parking in neighbourhood near by (200-300 meters away) -Safe neighbourhood -Are you a bigger group? We have 2 more apartments that you can combine and rent ( 2 or even all 3 apartments) depending on how big your group is. Check them out (Vista I, Vista II)
