A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining 70% balance is due 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made more than 35 days before arrival will forfeit the 30% deposit but will not incur additional charges. Cancellations made within 35 days of arrival are non-refundable and will result in the loss of the full payment.
