Villa Bante is located in the first row from the sea, only 10 m from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. It is over than 150 years old stone house and fully renovated in Aug 2020. This beautiful villa combines modern and traditional dalmatian design in an elegant and functional way. The Villa Bante is a newly renovated stone house located by the sea in Kaštel Lukšić. It offers accommodation in two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, living space and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a spa room with a hot tub and shower. The outdoor area offers barbecue facilities with dining furniture and an additional seating area. The access to all the facilities is private including spa room, outdoor area, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms and parking. We are available 24/7 for all inquiries and information. Villa Bante is situated in a traditional fishermen neighbourhood by the sea. The smell of the sea and Mediterranean can be sensed from the window and peaceful patio. The famous castle Vitturi is located only 150 meters from the Villa and the closes beach 70 meters away. Villa Bante is easily reachable by car from every direction. There is also a private parking space inside the house yard. If the personal car is not an option, we remain at your service to organise pick up and drop off transfers, taxi or car rental.
