House rules
Guests will undergo a self-check-in process, which requires sending a picture of their ID/passport or providing necessary information to the host prior to arrival for registration with the tourist board, in compliance with Croatian tax regulations. Check-in instructions will be provided one day before arrival. Personal data provided will solely be used for registration purposes and will not be utilized for any other reasons. Check-out time is until 10 AM to allow for apartment cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available for the day or if subsequent guests have a late check-in. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the host. Guests are required to keep windows closed when using the air conditioning and to turn off all appliances when leaving the room. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are responsible for inspecting the accommodation and notifying the host immediately in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be addressed directly with the host before taking further action.
