Welcome to Belo Horizonte, a modern and cozy apartment complex offering four beautifully designed units: Lavander, Perla, Aquamarine, and Rustique. Guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool and sun loungers, reception area, and a fully equipped laundry room. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a peaceful seaside escape, Apartment Rustique is the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. Apartment Rustique is a cozy studio apartment, ideal for guests who enjoy a warm and charming atmosphere with easy access to the outdoor area. The studio features two single beds and air conditioning for comfort. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment opens directly to the garden, offering a pleasant outdoor space just steps from your door. Guests staying in Rustique can enjoy the shared swimming pool, reception area, and laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. There is also a table and chairs in front of the building, perfect for enjoying time outdoors. You’re just a short 10-15 minute drive from the city centre where you’ll find the historic Diocletian’s Palace, waterfront promenade, cafés, shops and nightlife. The neighbourhood has local markets, grocery stores, and restaurants nearby, and larger shopping options like Mall of Split and City Center One are only a few minutes away by car. Beautiful beaches are close too, the long pebble shoreline of Žnjan Beach is a short drive away, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and seaside bars. Whether you want to explore Split’s historic old town, relax by the sea, or enjoy great food and local culture, this location combines peaceful surroundings with convenient access to all key attractions. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
