Villa Erede is large stone house located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the center of Split, Croatia. House has three apartments and extra two rooms separated by floors. Each apartment and room offer air-conditioned spaces with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV. Apartments are modern decorated. They can be rented separately or combined for larger groups. Villa Erede will win your hearts wit its stylish and spacious look. Perfect choice to easy explore Split and enjoy all of its glory! Nova 2 is twin room inside of Villa Erede. Comfort, 17 m2, room is located on the second floor of villa and has its private bathroom. Room has two beds and fridge at disposal. Room is modern decorated inside of the authentic Dalmatian stone house. Twin room Villa Erede is located in one of the oldest neighbourhoods of Split called Veli Varoš with a lot of small cobbled streets and old stone houses. It's a peaceful area with no cars and crowd, just as it was centuries ago but within few minutes on foot you are in the middle of all the attractions, Diocletian’s Palace, Riva promenade, restaurants, clubs, stores, open market, fish market, museums, theater, galleries, ATMs, bank, exchange offices. Veli Varos lies on the outskirts of Marjan forest-park that offers stunning views of city, beautiful small beaches and many breath taking hiking trails. There is no better location for exploring Split House is located in the historical part of town so there is NO car access directly to it. Everything is within walking distance - sea, town, nature, as well as bus&train station and ferry port.
