Access
Since there are no neighbours, you don't need to worry about the parking space. :) The house is located on the south side of the Čiovo island and offers complete privacy. Please note that since the house is away from the city, part of the way is a gravel road.
Description
This is a traditional holiday house located in a quiet bay on the island of Čiovo. Sun-gaze and enjoy the solitude by the private pool ,but do not forget the beach that is just a glimpse away from the house. With a spacious garden, terrace and an outside barbecue , there is enough space to experience the beauty of this area. Therefore, we invite you to taste the mediterranean life just as it should be. The ground floor is equipped with everything you need for having a great time- kitchen, dining table and, living room and a bathroom. The wooden stairs will lead you to the 1st floor where 4 bedrooms and 1 bigger bathroom is. The house has a big terrace with an outside kitchen and a dining table to enjoy those evening dinners on a hot summer day. Or you can just hang around the pool while enjoying the sea view and the summer breeze. Two kilometres away form the nearest city, surrounded whit nature and sea, this mediterranean house gives a special vibe of intimacy. The house is a 25 minute drive from the Split airport. Please do notice that the last part of the road is kind of a dirt road (the last two minute drive). Little tip: There are no supermarkets nearby, so maybe you want to think about the basic food supply before your arrival. The nearest supermarket is in a town 2km away in reach of a 10 minute drive.
