The guests have access to the first floor whit a separated entrance. From the main patio entrance you can go hang out by the pool. There is also a bbq area for guests. Free private parking (garage and open) is ensured for the quests.

Bring your whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun perfect for your long needed summer vacation. This is a perfect place on a frequent summer location with lots of family beaches. But if you want avoid the crowd just stay at our pool and enjoy. You will stay on the 1st floor that contains of a three-room bedrom, two bathrooms, spacious kitchen with a big dining table and living room. Around the living room and the kitchen is a big balcony from which you can see the pool and the fenced patio on the ground floor that is free for use. Please do notice that there might be guests staying on the ground floor. In that case, the pool would be shared with other guests. The guests have access to the first floor whit a separated entrance. Podstrana is a little town known for its family friendly beaches with lots of bars just near the sea. The place is vibrant during the summer and is just a 15 minute drive from Split. It is on a hilly side, just between the sea and the mountains. The house is surrounded with similar types of vacation houses. There might be possible that during the summer season the owner of the house will be staying on the 2nd floor. We kindly ask you to send us a message so you can be sure what to expect.
