For entertainment and leisure, guests can take advantage of an outdoor kitchen equipped with a bar and barbecue, as well as a dedicated relaxation room featuring a projector, billiards, foosball, darts, and more.

Completed in June 2021, the Luxury Palace Residence is a contemporary estate featuring a 50m2 heated private pool with massage jets and a private tennis court. Situated just a one-minute stroll through a scenic forest path to the sea and pebble beaches, this villa offers a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility.
House rules
We are happy to welcome up to two small dogs to join you on your stay; however, we kindly ask that you notify us of your furry companions before finalizing your booking so we can review the specific terms together. Additionally, if your party consists of a group under the age of 25, it is essential that you reach out to us prior to completing your reservation to ensure all requirements are met.
Notes
To ensure your stay is as seamless as it is luxurious, several specialized services are included in your booking. Guests can enjoy the convenience of daily breakfast preparation and grocery stocking, where our team handles the shopping and you simply cover the cost of the goods. A dedicated villa manager and concierge are on hand to assist with your needs, supported by two hours of daily maintenance and professional laundry and ironing services. Your comfort is prioritized with fresh towels provided every three days, a full linen change every week, and ongoing pool and garden maintenance.
The property is fully equipped for families and modern needs, offering high-speed Wi-Fi, baby cots, high chairs, and secure private parking. A thorough cleaning is conducted upon your arrival and departure, with an additional deep clean scheduled every seven days for longer stays.
Please note our house policies regarding specific guests: we welcome a maximum of two dogs, but we ask that you contact us prior to booking to discuss our pet-friendly terms. Similarly, if your party consists of individuals under the age of 24, please reach out to us before finalizing your reservation to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Space
The villa spans 450 m2 across three levels on a 1500 m2 plot, accommodating 10 + 2 guests. The entire home features underfloor and wall heating, making it a cozy retreat for winter stays as well.

Ground Floor: An airy, sun-lit space featuring a modern kitchen with a central island, a dining area, and a spacious lounge with an LCD TV. Large sliding glass walls open directly onto the verdant garden. This level also includes a guest toilet and a dedicated children’s playroom.

First Floor: Home to four luxurious bedrooms, all featuring elevated beds with adjustable bases and private en suite bathrooms. Three of these rooms offer private balconies with seating, and one includes an additional bed for a child or extra guest.

Second Floor (Master Suite): A grand master bedroom with an adjustable king-size bed, a private lounge area, and an en suite with both a tub and a shower. It opens onto an expansive terrace equipped with sofas, loungers, and an outdoor TV.
