Liberty apartment is brand new accommodation situated in 3rd floor of residential building without elevator. It is part of Liberty accomodation which has eight units. The apartment itself has a door code for easy check in/out, high quality boxspring bed size 180x200cm, work desk, open closet for belongings, kitchen with all utensils for basic meals, smartTV with Netflix option. Apartment has air conditioning with remote control in the room and central heating with heat control on the radiator. High speed internet access is available and unlimited. We are at disposal to help with all queries during your stay and reachable through mobile phone or airbnb. Downtown area is the most comfortable area to move around the city and visit attractions. Our building is in between 2 tram lines and in a walking distance to main square or main train station. There is also a supermarket, pizza store, coffee bar, bakery and tobacco shop at the same address. If you are coming from the main train station or main bus station you can choose to take a walk 10-15min, take a tram to reach in front the building or take uber which will drive you in 3min to here. If you are arriving with a car you can use public parking spots around the building, 1 zone, daily ticket 100kn or you can park in public garage in next street in Petrinjska for a 55kuna per day. Daily ticket needs to be bought on the entrance.
House rules
Guests will have self check in - it means that before arrival every guest needs to send either the picture of ID/passport or send necessary info to host in order to register stay in tourist board, due to Croatian tax regulations. Instructions for Check in will be send one day before arrival. Personal data will not be used in any other purposes. Check out is until 10AM so the apartment can be cleaned and ready for the next guests. There is always a possibility of checking out later if the apartment is free for the day/or other guests have a late check in. Unregistered visitors are strictly forbidden unless permission to do so has been granted by the host. Windows must be closed when using air-conditioning. When leaving the room, guest should shout down all the appliances. Noise levels need to be kept to an acceptable volume between 10PM and 7AM out of respect for the owners and the other guests staying in the building. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Upon arrival guests are obligated to inspect the accommodation and contact the host in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be communicated firstly with the host before any other steps.
