Guests can enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, reception area, and a fully equipped laundry room. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a peaceful seaside escape, Apartment Lavander is the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. Apartment Lavander is a stylish and modern one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for comfort and a beautiful sea view. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and air conditioning to ensure a great night’s sleep, the apartment also offers space for one additional guest, who can sleep comfortably on the sofa.The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee maker, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy your morning coffee. The modern bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. The bright living room opens directly onto a private balcony with a stunning sea view, furnished with a small coffee table and chairs, the perfect spot to relax, enjoy the fresh air, and watch the sunset. Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool and sun loungers, reception area, and laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. A table and chairs are available in front of the building for additional outdoor seating. Beautiful beaches are close too, the long pebble shoreline of Žnjan Beach is a short drive away, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and seaside bars. Whether you want to explore Split’s historic old town, relax by the sea, or enjoy great food and local culture, this location combines peaceful surroundings with convenient access to all key attractions. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
