You'll be doing a self-check-in, which means before you arrive, we'll need you to send over a pic of your ID or passport or just share the necessary info with us. It's a quick step we have to take to register you with the tourist board, as per Croatian tax rules. Don't worry, we'll send you all the details for check-in the day before you arrive. Your privacy is super important to us, so any personal data you share will only be used for registration purposes and nothing else. Check-out time is by 10 AM, so we can tidy up the place for our next guests. But hey, if you need a little extra time and the apartment is free for the day, or we don't have anyone checking in right after you, late check-out is totally an option. Just a heads up, we're pretty strict about unregistered visitors unless we've given you the green light. And please, remember to keep windows closed when the AC is running and to turn off all the appliances before you head out. We're all about being good neighbors, so let's keep the noise down between 10 PM and 7 AM, okay? And last but not least, please do not smoke in the apartment. When you arrive, take a quick look around and let us know if anything seems off. For any issues or complaints, give us a shout before you do anything else. We're here to help.
