Guests will have the option to choose between personal or self check-in procedures. For self-check-in, guests are required to send a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host before arrival, facilitating registration with the tourist board in compliance with Croatian tax regulations. Detailed instructions for self-check-in will be provided one day before arrival. Rest assured, personal data will only be used for this purpose and will not be utilized for any other reasons. Check-out time is until 10AM to allow for thorough cleaning and preparation for incoming guests. However, late check-out may be accommodated if the apartment is available or if other guests have a late check-in. Please note that unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited unless prior permission has been granted by the host. Additionally, to conserve energy, guests are kindly reminded to close windows when using air-conditioning and to turn off all appliances before leaving the room. To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, noise levels should be kept to a minimum between 10PM and 7AM. Smoking is not permitted within the apartment premises. Upon arrival, guests are expected to inspect the accommodation and promptly inform the host of any irregularities. Any complaints should be communicated directly with the host before taking further action.
