Description
This cozy house offers a unique vacation experience: relax peacefully by the pool, surrounded by stunning views of nature, just a short drive from the shops, restaurants, bars, and beaches that the villages of Kaštela have to offer. The ground floor features a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, and an indoor fireplace, perfect for cozy gatherings. A set of stairs leads to the attic, where you'll find a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom, is accessible from outside the main house, providing added privacy for guests. The property spans approximately 900 m² and includes a refreshing pool, an outdoor fireplace/barbecue, and a mini-golf course, offering endless entertainment options. Additionally, the lush garden and spacious patio areas create a serene environment for relaxation and socializing. Everything you see on the photos is for you to use! The house is located in a peaceful and quiet, almost rural neighborhood in the hills, with few neighbors nearby. One thing to note is that the road leading to the house is not fully paved. A short 10-minute drive from the house leads to supermarkets, bakeries, coffee shops, and more. A vehicle is a must! To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders. This property is an apartment in a residential building, so we would like to ask that guests treat each other with respect and be considerate during their stay. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival, at a charge of €50 per reservation. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
House rules
(1) we expect our guest to be respective of the house and property, as well as the few neighbours that are around - so no loud music of noise from 22-07h. (2) According to our law, every guest must be checked-in, so must provide a passport or personal identification card in order to do so. (3) Because of the above, guests may not bring visitors or ANY OTHERS to my apartment at any time, for any length of time, without our permisson. (4) Smoking is allowed only outside! (5) Guests must inform us if they brake or damage anything. (6) In the case of significant violation of house rules, the reservation will be immediately terminated and all fees forfeited.
