The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and a spacious closet, a main room housing the kitchen, dining table, and a sofa that can be converted into an additional sleeping space if needed. A well-appointed bathroom with a bathtub and an entrance hall separating it from the rest of the flat complete the layout. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, and an LCD TV. We've also thoughtfully provided some essential bathroom amenities for your convenience, including toilet paper, a hairdryer, and soap. In the kitchen, you'll find basic cooking equipment such as pots, pans, and cutlery, along with some basic ingredients like salt, pepper, and sugar. For your convenience, self check-in is available. Prior to arrival, each guest must provide either a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host for registration with the tourist board, as required by Croatian tax regulations. Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival. Rest assured, personal data will only be used for registration purposes and will not be used for any other purposes. Check-out time is until 10 AM to ensure the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available for the day or if other guests have a late check-in. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited unless permission has been granted by the host. For energy efficiency, guests are kindly requested to close windows when using the air conditioning. Additionally, all appliances should be turned off when leaving the room. To maintain a peaceful environment, noise levels must be kept to an acceptable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are expected to inspect the accommodation and promptly contact the host in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be communicated directly with the host before taking any further steps.
