Welcome to Domus Alta, a charming and peaceful house in Podgora perfect for families or groups. This cozy retreat features a two-bedroom main house, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a scenic terrace, complemented by a separate ground-floor guest studio for extra flexibility. The private yard offers a stunning panoramic sea view, an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a grill area ideal for dining. Situated just a short distance from beautiful beaches like Frara, local markets, and the vibrant town center, the property perfectly blends tranquil privacy with convenient access to local attractions.
To ensure a seamless experience, convenient self-check-in is available following the legal registration of guest IDs. The property provides essential first-use amenities, with hassle-free airport transfers available upon request. To maintain a pristine environment, guests are kindly asked to respect the strict non-smoking policy inside the house, as violations will result in a 200€ fee. Your hosts remain at your full disposal to ensure a memorable stay.

To help make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, please take a moment to read the following house guidelines and a few friendly reminders. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the house is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the house. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the house. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the house at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
