Located on the first floor of the building, this apartment is adjacent to another unit, making it an ideal choice for group travelers as well. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, a balcony, and there's free public parking available nearby. The entire flat has been recently rebuilt, ensuring that everything, including the furniture, is brand new and ready for your enjoyment.

For your convenience, self check-in is available. Before arrival, each guest must provide either a copy of their ID/passport or necessary information to the host to register their stay with the tourist board, in compliance with Croatian tax regulations. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival. Rest assured, personal data will solely be used for registration purposes and will not be utilized for any other purposes. Check-out time is until 10 AM to ensure the apartment can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests. However, late check-out may be possible if the apartment is available for the day or if other guests have a late check-in. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited unless permission has been granted by the host. For energy efficiency, guests are kindly requested to close windows when using the air conditioning. Additionally, all appliances should be turned off when leaving the room. To maintain a peaceful environment, noise levels must be kept to an acceptable volume between 10 PM and 7 AM out of respect for the owners and other guests in the building. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Upon arrival, guests are expected to inspect the accommodation and promptly contact the host in case of any irregularities. Any complaints should be communicated directly with the host before taking any further steps.
