There is a possibility of street parking nearby for which it is not possible to reserve a place, but most of the time, it's easy to find it. Also, the area is well connected with bus transportation. The nearest bus stop is less than 5 minutes away in walking distance. Bus ticket price is 11 kunas (approx. 1,3 euros) per person in one way.

Because of its curiosity and accessible space, photographs of the neighbourhood were exhibited at the MoMA Museum in New York City. The neighbourhood offers everything within a short distance, so shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and a café are within walking distance. The nearest beach is in Trstenik, 15 minutes walk from the building.
