Welcome to Belo Horizonte, a modern and cozy apartment complex featuring four beautifully designed units: Lavander, Perla, Aquamarine (one-bedroom apartments), and Rustique (studio). Each unit accommodates up to two guests and is perfect for couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for comfort, privacy, and a relaxing stay by the sea. All apartments are fully equipped and air-conditioned, with modern kitchens (dishwasher & coffee maker), stylish bathrooms with showers, and comfortable sleeping areas. Two one-bedroom apartments feature private balconies with stunning sea views, one one-bedroom apartment and studio apartment offers direct access to the garden and pool area. Each of the three one-bedroom apartments can host one extra guest, who can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Guests have access to the swimming pool and sun loungers, reception area, and laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. A table and chairs are available in front of the building for additional outdoor seating. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a peaceful seaside escape, Belo Horizonte is the perfect place to unwind and feel at home. Beautiful beaches are close too, the long pebble shoreline of Žnjan Beach is a short drive away, perfect for swimming, sunbathing and seaside bars. A zero-tolerance policy for noise is enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. According to Croatian law, we are required to collect the guest's passport or ID information upon arrival, especially when self-check-in to the apartment is involved. Details for self-check-in will be provided after official registration with the Croatian Tourist Office. There is a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the building. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (such as the smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to impose a smoking fee in amount of 200€. We offer essential first-use amenities, including shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponges, dishwashing products, and trash bags. Please let us know in advance if you need cleaning or additional bedding. Baby package: A baby cot and high chair must be requested before arrival. If you'd like, we can arrange a transfer for you. The driver will track your flight and meet you at the international arrivals gate, ready to take you directly to the apartment. On the way back, the driver will pick you up right in front of the apartment at the agreed time and take you straight to the departure gate. The price for this service is available upon request.
